Hard Rock se unió con Capitol Records para presentar a los fans de todo el mundo los nuevos y notables artistas que integran la lista "City", el primero de los tres en la Colección Volumen 10. Con una amplia gama de artistas de fusión que amplían la oferta musical, la lista de canciones ofrece el pop contemporáneo de Sky Ferreira con “You’re Not the One”, que tiene cierta influencia de las tendencias de los años 80; trascendiendo a la perfección en el siguiente corte, "I Believe”, un tema sobrecargado de emoción traído por Basic Vacation. El repertorio de “City” también se estructura con el sonido de bandas como Parade of Lights, Sick Puppies y The Olms.
 
En un momento en que predominan las grabaciones de carácter electrónico, Hard Rock y Red Light Management le insuflan nueva energía con "Players", una aplaudida colección de fresco y natural talento vocal.  Ésta se abre con una propuesta dura y al mismo tiempo sencilla con "Shameless", en una onda rock a cargo de Lissie, una fenomenal artista americana conocida por la tenaz fortaleza de su voz. Continúa “Players” con la temeraria celebración individual de una colección que incluye a Ben Harper con “I Don’t Believe a Word You Say”, una melodía que explora el blues y el rock con la intervención de guitarras y la armónica de uno de los nombres más respetados en el blues, Charlie Musselwhite. Con exhuberante expresión, influencias de soul y talento puro, también incluye “What Makes a Good Man?” de The Heavy, y “Misery Company” de Kaiser Chief. La colección “Players” es un genuino testamento renacentista.  
 
Dispuesta por SESAC Latina, la colección final de Tracks Vol.10 se llama "Resort" y en ella confluyen artistas latinos establecidos y emergentes que representan la evolución de la música y la infusión de diversas influencias en los éxitos actuales. Sensación del pop venezolano, el Grupo Treo participa con su exitosa balada romántica "Mi Amor", que seduce sin esfuerzo a la audiencia e invita a la pareja a bailar muy unida. Intercalando sensuales juegos de poéticas palabras, y una voz de barítono persistente aunque de rasgueos suaves, “Despierta” de Enrique Bunbury es una fantástica adición a una colección que se combina con el estilo y el sonido del ídolo pop Jencarlos Canela, el mundialmente aclamado cantautor colombiano Fonseca, y Billy Méndez, quienes definen la diversidad de la música latina como artistas que están reinventando el género.

Vo.10, the latest collection of playlists available exclusively to hotel guests around the world as part of the brand’s complimentary music amenity program, The Sound of Your Stay®. Showcasing a current mix of artists and genres, and available from February – August, the collection features playlists curated by three industry-leading record labels: Capitol Records – home to a broad array of artists ranging from classic acts, such as The Beatles and the Beach Boys, to modern pop artists, such as indie headliners Capital Cities and New York City newcomers Basic Vacation; Red Light Management – the innovative label boasting a diverse roster of nearly 200 of the biggest names in music; and SESAC Latina – the fastest growing Performing Rights Organization (PRO) in the world with an international reach and artists whose style spans virtually every genre of music.

    Hard Rock teamed up with Capitol Records to introduce music fans worldwide to new and noteworthy artists with the “City” playlist, the first of three in the Volume Ten Collection. Featuring a wide range of genre-bending performers continuing to expand the musical palette, the playlist features edgy-pop starlet Sky Ferreira’s “You’re Not the One,” a gritty 80’s influenced jam that seamlessly transcends into the next track, “I Believe,” an emotionally-charged anthemic single brought to life by Basic Vacation. The “City” playlists also flaunts the sounds of bands such as Parade of Lights, Sick Puppies and The Olms.

    In a time where electro-influenced records cover most of the musical landscape, Hard Rock and Red Light Management’s re-energized “Players” playlist applauds fresh material and raw vocal talent.  The playlist opens with a hard charging and rock-driven single, “Shameless” by Lissie, an American folk Phenomenon, known for her tenaciously powerful vocals. Continuing its theme of celebrating fearless individuality, the “Players” playlist features Ben Harper’s “I Don’t Believe a Word You Say,” a blues-tingled rock melody with dueling guitars and harmonica action by one of the most revered names in blues, Charlie Musselwhite. Featuring lush grooves, soul influences and pure talent, including The Heavy’s “What Makes a Good Man?” and Kaiser Chief’s “Misery Company,” the “Players” list is a testament of the gritty revival.  

    The final playlist on the Tracks. Vo.10 collection, “Resort,” curated by SESAC Latina, is a collection showcasing established and emerging Latin artists that speaks to music’s evolution and the infusion of Latin influences in today’s hits. Venezuelan pop sensation, Grupo Treo, appear on the list with their hit romantic ballad, “Mi Amor,” which effortlessly seduces listeners to dance-along. Melding sultry poetic wordplay, a lingering baritone voice and smooth strums, Enrique Bunbury’s “Despierta,” is a fantastic addition to the “Resort” playlist that when paired with the sounds of  pop heartthrob Jencarlos Canela, worldwide acclaim Colombian’s singer-songwriter Fonseca and Billy Mendez speaks for the diversity of Latin music as artists reinvent the genre.
